AEM is pleased to offer new peer groups designed to bring member company representatives together to collaborate, innovate, and tackle the shared opportunities challenges facing the non-road equipment manufacturing industry. These soon-to-be-launched groups offer a uniquely valuable opportunity to connect with peers who understand your priorities—and to be part of the conversations shaping what comes next. 

AEM will offer five exclusive peer groups, each capped at just 40 participants to ensure meaningful engagement and discussion. The first group launches in May 2026, with the following focus areas:
