It’s no secret workforce challenges are often cited as a top issue for AEM members and their peers in the equipment manufacturing industry. However, when it comes time to develop a sound workforce strategy and engage in impactful tactics, many organizational leaders don’t leverage (or even know about) the resources available to them.

With that said, AEM recently made the following list of resources from the U.S. Department of Labor available on its Workforce Solution page: https://www.aem.org/getmedia/e08b42db-251e-44cf-8e95-7183622f44b5/Dept-of-Labor-Resources-List-1-2025.xlsx

The list is comprised of nearly 200 useful links, resource descriptions, and details to help AEM members and industry professionals move the needle on workforce recruitment and retention. In addition, AEM’s Workforce Solutions page offers a wealth of other timely and relevant resources and content to help member company representatives and their peers win the war for talent and combat workforce challenges.
