Julie DavisAEM's Julie Davis recently made an appearance on Hargrove & Associates' (HAI) Association Data Points podcast regarding her survey focused on women's work experiences in the skilled trades.

Davis detailed her thoughts on the survey's responses and provided recommendations for organizations to be more intentional and effective in their efforts to support women in the workplace.
