Hallada joined AEM predecessor CIMA (the Construction Industry Manufacturers Association) in 1997 as a marketing coordinator, rising to her current role in 2020. She has served in numerous marketing and leadership roles at AEM, including twice as show manager of The Utility Expo (formerly ICUEE).
