Excitement is building for CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026, taking place March 3-7, 2026, in Las Vegas, Nevada, as both exhibitors and attendees look forward to the return of the construction industry’s premier event.

Exhibitors at CONEXPO-CON/AGG are offered a range of services to support as part of their participation. Among these exhibitor services is the Customer and Dealer program, a no-cost high-reward opportunity allowing exhibitors to extend a special invitation, at a discount, to potential attendees of the show.

“This is a great opportunity for exhibitors to foster important relationships with their customers and dealers, ensuring that they can see their latest products coming to CONEXPO-CON/AGG,” said CONEXPO-CON/AGG Show Director Dana Wuesthoff. “By leveraging custom promo codes and personalized invitations, exhibitors can ensure their booth remains a focal point for both existing partners and prospective clients.”

The program allows exhibitors to invite a variety of contacts, including:

  • VIP customers who have purchased a high volume from the exhibitor
  • Potential customers who may be interested in new product offerings
  • Staff from dealerships who aren’t working the booth but want to attend
  • Industry partners and product producers
  • Any other contacts you wish to invite via email or social media

Exhibitors can take advantage of the Customer and Dealer program through several approaches, each tailored to meet different attendee needs and preferences.

Option 1. Registering Customers and Dealers at the Exhibitor Badge Rate

One option enables exhibitors to register customers or dealers directly at the lowest available rate, which matches the cost of the exhibitor booth staff badge.

Through the Registration & Hotel Booking Portal, exhibitors can access the “Manage Exhibitor Customer and Dealers” section to register their customer and dealer contacts on their behalf. By selecting “Add a New Customer or Dealer,” exhibitors can purchase an attendee show badge for their contacts. This badge provides access to the show floor and keynote presentations on the Ground Breakers Stage.

After adding contact information to the “Add a New Customer or Dealer” section, the invited customer will receive a confirmation email with instructions to finalize their registration.

Option 2. Sharing Personalized Links or Promo Codes

Alternatively, exhibitors can share special invitation links or personalized promo codes, allowing customers or dealers to register independently for a discounted rate. Although this option doesn't match the exhibitor's badge fee, it grants attendees the best discount available before the show—one that's even better than what CONEXPO-CON/AGG marketing offers. Sharing these codes offers flexibility and convenience, while still opening the door for a meet-up in Las Vegas.

Within the Registration & Hotel Booking Portal, exhibitors can copy and send invitation links embedded with their unique promo codes. When recipients use these links, the discount is applied automatically.

Promo codes can also be accessed and copied directly from the Exhibitor Marketing Kit or the home page of the Exhibitor Resource Center, enabling customers and dealers to enter the code on their own during registration. The free Exhibitor Marketing Kit includes templates for banner ads, email signatures, social media posts, and more, featuring booth numbers and promo codes for easy sharing.

“Overall, the Customer and Dealer program serves as a powerful resource for exhibitors at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026,” said Wuesthoff. “By utilizing these exclusive registration tools and discounts, exhibitors can drive booth traffic, deepen business relationships, and position themselves for success at one of the industry’s premier events.”
