Enhancing member engagement, showcasing AEM benefits, and fostering valuable networking headlined the final AEM member event of 2025 last week at The Toro Company.

More than 50 AEM member company representatives were in attendance at the event, which was held at Toro’s Bloomington, Minnesota headquarters and marked the largest regional gathering of the year for the association.

“We are thrilled to close out 2025 with such a successful event, and we appreciate The Toro Company for being such gracious and welcoming hosts,” said AEM Director of Membership and Customer Success Sara Stromski. “Member engagement is the lifeblood of any successful association, and we are thankful for all the active, engaged, and enthusiastic members who joined us last week or at any of the previous member events we held this year.”

Organized and led by AEM staff and member company leaders, these events serve as valuable opportunities to learn about the leading-edge benefits and services the association provides its members. Last week’s gathering at Toro featured:

  • An overview of The Toro Company from Group Vice President of Underground and Specialty Construction Pete Moeller
  • A comprehensive breakdown of AEM member benefits and engagement opportunities from AEM Account Success Advisor Maxx Lebiecki
  • A presentation on the ever-evolving sustainability landscape and its impact on the equipment manufacturing industry and the customers it serves by AEM Vice President of Construction and Utility John Somers
  • An analysis of ag and construction markets from AEM Chief Economist Al Melhim

Planning is already underway to develop a schedule of 2026 member events, and details will be released in the coming months.
