Exhibitor registration and hotel booking for World of Asphalt, taking place March 15-17, 2027, in New Orleans, Louisiana, is now open! Exhibiting companies can now access the Registration and Housing section of the Exhibitor Resource Center to register booth staff, reserve hotel accommodations, invite guests and access marketing tools that help drive awareness and attendee engagement before the show.

These resources provide exhibitors with the tools needed to begin planning their onsite experience and maximizing their presence at the industry's leading asphalt and aggregates event.

Registering Booth Staff and Booking Hotel Rooms

Exhibitors can now register booth personnel attending the show and begin planning their team's onsite experience. Companies can register staff individually, upload a group list, re-register employees who attended in 2025, or invite team members to complete their own registration. Through the same registration portal, exhibitors can also reserve hotel accommodations for their staff, helping secure rooms within the official show housing program while keeping registration and lodging details in one convenient location.

For companies bringing larger teams, the portal also provides tools to track completed registrations and download staff rosters, making it easier to manage attendance and travel arrangements across the organization.

Invite Your Guests

One of the exclusive benefits available to exhibitors is the ability to invite customers, prospects and producers to attend World of Asphalt using exclusive registration codes that provide the lowest available rate on standard show admission badges. Under “Manage Exhibitor Invited Guests and Producers,” exhibitors may either register and pay for invited guests on their behalf or share a unique registration code that allows invitees to access the discounted rate on their own.

These invitations provide an opportunity to strengthen existing customer relationships, connect with prospects, and encourage valuable booth visits during the show.

Promote Your Participation

World of Asphalt exhibitors also have access to the show's complimentary Marketing Kit through the Exhibitor Resource Center. The kit provides ready-to-use assets customized with your booth number and promotional registration codes, making it easy to announce your participation, invite customers and generate awareness before arriving in New Orleans.

By incorporating these resources into email campaigns, websites, social media channels and other marketing efforts, exhibitors can help expand their reach and drive traffic to their booth before the show begins.

Update Your Directory Profile

With attendee registration also now open, attendees will begin to explore exhibitors and plan their show experience. Log in to the Exhibitor Resource Center to review and update your online directory profile, ensuring attendees can easily find your company and learn about the products and services you offer.

Start Preparing for New Orleans

Successful exhibiting starts long before the show floor opens. By registering your team, booking hotel accommodations, inviting guests, and leveraging the Marketing Kit, you can build awareness, increase booth traffic and set your company up for success at World of Asphalt & AGG1 2027. See you in New Orleans!
