Kristie Stern, president of AEM member company Green Mountain Lion and a member of the AEM Board of Directors, headlined the event and outlined how the workforce talent “playbook” for talent acquisition, development, and retention continues to evolve over time for non-road equipment manufacturers. In addition, AEM Senior Director of Business Intelligence Al Melhim shared some timely and relevant analysis on the short-term future of the agriculture and equipment markets with the 40-plus members in attendance at the Kinze event.

“Our goal with every Momentum Event is to create opportunities for members to connect with and learn from one another,” said AEM Senior Director of Membership and Customer Success Sara Stromski. “Last week’s gathering at Kinze Manufacturing delivered exactly that, offering member leaders the chance to receive valuable insights from experts like Kristie and Al and engage in candid and valuable conversations about the present and future of our industry.”

Organized and led by AEM staff and member company leaders, AEM Momentum Events serve as valuable opportunities to learn about the leading-edge benefits and services the association provides its 1,100-plus members.

A brief overview of those benefits and services was shared at the event by Stromski and AEM Account Success Advisor Travis Ewig, who also provided attendees with details regarding upcoming member engagement opportunities. Joining them on stage was Kinze Senior Vice President of Global Engineering and Product Management Todd Kniffen, who gave some remarks and set the stage for the workforce and industry insights shared by Stern and Melhim.
