Make the AEM Member Lounge Part of Your Moment to Rise

11/2/2026

AEM Annual Conference is a special opportunity to reconnect with colleagues, meet new people, and spend time with the AEM team. This year’s theme, “Moment to Rise: Limitless Possibilities,” invites industry leaders to reflect, recalibrate, and lead with intention. Amid a full schedule of education and networking, make the AEM Member Lounge part of that moment—a welcoming place to pause, connect, and get more from your membership.

AEM Account Success Advisors will be there and ready to help you turn reflection into action. Stop in to say hello, ask a membership question, find the right AEM resources or get personal assistance completing your company’s 2027 AEM membership renewal before the end-of-year deadline.

Stop In, Connect, and Get Ready for 2027

The AEM Member Lounge is more than a place to take a break. It is a place to explore fresh ways to make your membership work for you and your company in the year ahead.

AEM Account Success Advisors will be at the lounge to help you explore opportunities that align with your company’s goals. Whether you’re looking to build your brand through sponsorships, get more from member resources, explore volunteer opportunities, or stay informed with industry insights, the conversation can help you find a meaningful next step.

Stop by the lounge, located in the Arizona Foyer, to pick up AEM member pins and swag, as well as sweet treats from RB Global, the 2026 Member Lounge sponsor.

Renew While at Annual Conference

Membership renewals for 2027 are open through Dec. 31, 2026. At the Member Lounge, AEM Account Advisors can guide eligible company contacts through the renewal process, help verify company information, and answer questions along the way.

Only a company’s Primary Executive Contact, Primary Membership Contact, or designated Renewal Contact can submit the renewal. If that is you, come prepared to review your organization’s information and complete the process. If someone else at your company holds that role, the lounge is still a good place to learn what is needed and identify the right next step.

Renewing during the AEM Annual Conference lets your company check an important year-end task off the list while AEM staff are available in person. It is also a practical way to embrace your moment to rise; deepening your connection to the association and reaffirming our shared commitment to moving the off-road equipment manufacturing industry forward.

Not Attending Annual Conference?

You can still complete your 2027 membership renewal online. Log in to your AEM Portal to get started or contact your AEM Account Success Advisor for guidance and personalized support. Whether you renew at the Member Lounge or from your office, the AEM team is ready to help make the process straightforward.
