PSCSUnlike any other event for off-road equipment product safety and compliance professionals – whether a novice or veteran to the industry – the AEM Product Safety & Compliance and Product Liability Seminars deliver new and up-to-date information on topics such as risk assessment, hazard communication, technical publications, standards and regulations, incident investigation and litigation, and other topics impacting their organizations and the customers they serve. Attendees will walk away with key tools to face current and future challenges.

With that in mind, AEM is pleased to announce its 2021 Product Safety & Compliance and Liability Seminars have been scheduled for Aug. 23-26, 2021. While typically held as in-person events, both seminars will be held virtually, making attendance a more feasible option to those that have not been able to make it in the past. The Product Safety & Compliance Seminar (PSCS) will span Aug. 23-25, immediately followed by the Product Liability Seminar (PLS) on Aug. 26. Ultimately, this year’s virtual format of the 2021 Product Safety & Compliance and Liability Seminars features:

  • 2.5 days of equipment safe design & hazard communication education and best practices
  • 1 day of best practices for persons potentially involved in incident investigation or litigation
  • 30-plus informational sessions across three tracks
  • Many hours of on-demand content post-seminar for paid attendees
  • A wealth of seminar extras (session Q&As, keynote presentations, and industry virtual exhibits)

These back-to-back seminars offer industry professionals uniquely valuable perspectives on the latest in standards, regulations, and best practices. Taken together, the seminar sessions provide attendees with proven industry practices for risk assessment, process documentation, product liability positioning, litigation avoidance, and compliance. They also arm attendees with a product safety “toolkit” of knowledge to use on the job each day and they will benefit from exclusive access to safety experts and other equipment manufacturing industry professionals.
