The EPA’s long awaited PFAS reporting and recordkeeping rule went into effect on November 13, 2023; this regulation places a variety of responsibilities on product OEM’s and their supply chains. This informative webinar will provide a comprehensive overview of the recently implemented rule, ensuring that OEMs are prepared to comply effectively.
