Staying up-to-date and informed on timely and relevant regulatory issues has never been easier for AEM members.

The association’s Safety & Product Leadership team is pleased to offer an enhanced version of its Regulatory Activity Dashboard. Now available on AEM.org, the live and regularly updated dashboard provides members with detailed information on all the regulatory items being discussed within the association’s technical committees.

“AEM’s enhanced Regulatory Activity Dashboard offers AEM members a ‘one-stop shop’ for updates on work being done related to regulations impacting the non-road equipment manufacturing industry,” said Senior Director of Safety & Product Leadership Jason Malcore. “Our members count on AEM to provide support to help them remain in compliance with ever-evolving regulations and maintain market access, and this dashboard is a solution to help do just that.”

Since regulations are also complex and always changing, AEM’s Regulatory Activity Dashboard provides ready access to timely, relevant, and downloadable data for association members, including:

  • Rules
  • Due dates
  • Activities
  • Descriptions
  • AEM contacts
  • Links to committee webpages
  • Archived regulatory issues that are no longer under discussion at the moment

“While the list is not intended to show all rules that may impact your product or your company, it does keep AEM members as informed as possible about the range of topics AEM technical committees are addressing right now.

To access AEM’s Regulatory Activity Dashboard, visit the Safety & Product Leadership Department’s webpage on AEM.org, navigate to the “Compliance and Regulatory” tab, and log in to view the content. For additional information and answers contact the appropriate AEM staff person’s email address associated with a certain topic and located within the dashboard.

AEM’s Safety & Product Leadership Department works to address ever-increasing global demands on equipment manufacturers to develop machines that are safe, productive, and compliant.
