Make Your Voice Heard: Submit Section 301 China Tariff Extension Comments

Sec. 301The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative is accepting comments for extending particular tariff exclusions for Lists 1,2, and 3 of the Section 301 China Tariffs. If your company was previously granted a tariff exclusion during the below time periods, you can submit a public comment to extend your exclusion at the USTR Comments Portal. Please review the following deadlines and submit your comments through the portal by the specified date:

June 1

  •  Section 301 – China $34 Billion Trade Action (List 1) Comments Concerning the Extension of Particular Exclusions Granted Under the July 2019 Product Exclusion
  • Section 301 – China $16 Billion Trade Action (List 2) Comments Concerning the Extension of Particular Exclusions Granted Under the July 2019 Product Exclusion Notice

June 8

  • Section 301 – China $200 Billion Trade Action (List 3) Comments Concerning the Extension of Particular Exclusions Granted Under the August 2019 through March 2020 Product Exclusion Notices
