Regulatory Activity Dashboard
The Regulatory Activity Dashboard provides information on all the various regulatory items under discussion within our S&PL technical committees. The spreadsheet shows various rules, due dates, activities, descriptions, AEM contacts, links to committee webpages, as well as archived regulatory issues that are no longer under discussion for the time being. This list is not intended to show all rules that may impact your product or your company. It is merely intended to keep as many people informed as possible about the range of topics that the AEM membership is currently working on.
Safety & Product Leadership Regulatory Talking Points
The Regulatory Talking Points document highlights AEM's overarching approach to regulatory engagement along with outlining high level talking points for interactions with key U.S. agencies. The document emphasizes collaboration between regulators and industry to ensure regulatory certainty, harmonization, and stability, while promoting safety, sustainability, and innovation.
US Regulatory Agenda
The U.S. Unified Agenda of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions is a semiannual publication listing upcoming rules from federal agencies to promote transparency. It provides the public and industry with a look at planned regulatory and deregulatory actions, which are subject to change, and allows for public input during the comment period. The agenda is a key tool for monitoring potential future regulatory changes and includes a detailed Regulatory Plan in the fall editions, outlining agencies' priorities for the coming year.
China Regulatory and Compliance Report
These quarterly reports, provided by Bestao consulting, present an in-depth perspective summarizing regulatory and standards updates within China.
