Brian Glenn grew up on a small farm in Highland, Maryland, where his family raised Hereford beef steers and participated actively in the Howard County Fair. In addition to showing beef cattle, Brian also exhibited Jersey and Holstein dairy heifers. He earned a degree in Agricultural Resource and Economics from the University of Maryland and began his career in agricultural policy with CropLife America, where he served on the government affairs team for more than six years, including an internship. In June, Brian joined the American Farm Bureau Federation’s government affairs team, where he works on behalf of farmers and ranchers across the country on farm policy and Title I programs, the farm bill, renewable fuels, sustainability, pesticides, and MAHA. Brian resides in Washington, D.C., and enjoys returning home to Maryland to spend time with his nieces and nephew.

Carson Fort serves as Government Affairs Manager at the American Soybean Association, where he leads policy work on conservation, precision agriculture, soy foods, labor, fertilizer, and research. In this role, Carson works closely with policymakers, industry stakeholders, and farmer leaders to advance solutions that support sustainable agriculture and strengthen the competitiveness of U.S. soy. Before joining ASA in 2023, Carson built experience in academic program management and consulting. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Manchester University in Indiana and a Master of Public Administration from The Ohio State University.

As a partner at Kearney, he has worked with numerous Fortune 500, Global 1000, and private companies in consulting capacities. He has helped develop growth strategies, innovate business models, complete buy-side and sell-side transactions, and lead significant enterprise transformations. Before Kearney, he was a Partner at The Context Network, which Kearney acquired in October of 2024.

Prior to joining CropLife America, Jeff was the Policy Lead for BASF Corporation’s Agricultural Solutions business. He previously spent nearly a decade working as a legislative assistant on Capitol Hill for Senator Byron Dorgan (D-ND) and Congressman Brad Carson (D-OK). He also worked at the Fertilizer Institute and the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. Jeff serves on the Board of the National Wheat Foundation and is Cubmaster of Cub Scout Pack 1500 in Ashburn, Virginia.
