Manufacturing ChallengeAEM embarks on its largest public engagement initiative in 130 years with the introduction of the ‘Manufacturing Challenge’ on its ‘Manufacturing Express’ bus tour. This innovative online video game, created exclusively for AEM, invites participants to tackle industry-themed questions for a chance to win prizes, including the grand prize of a Ford F-150.

The game and the chance to win the grand prize is available to anyone in the continental U.S. that visits www.manufacturingexpress.org.

“The ‘Manufacturing Express’ isn’t just an event. It's a celebration, complete with food, games, and exciting prizes,” said AEM President Megan Tanel. “The tour will visit 80 communities at equipment manufacturing sites, showcasing the contributions of our industry’s workers to local economies and our nation’s prosperity.”

The ‘Manufacturing Express’ will engage with local and regional policymakers to spotlight bipartisan policies crucial for supporting equipment manufacturing companies, their 2.3 million employees, and the industry’s annual $316 billion contribution to the U.S. economy.

Launching July 1, 2024, at Weiler, Inc. in Knoxville, Iowa, the ‘Manufacturing Express’ journeys across the nation, culminating in a grand finale at Komatsu in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in October. The tour’s full route can be found on its official website: www.manufacturingexpress.org.

The “AEM Manufacturing Express” would not be possible without the strong support from member companies that are opening their manufacturing facilities to host this groundbreaking initiative. Triple Crown Products is the official apparel sponsor, outfitting AEM Manufacturing Express staff throughout the tour. DuraMark Technologies is the official decal sponsor, providing design and production of graphic materials for the tour.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and the sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
