As organizations navigate ongoing disruption, AEM member company executives are challenged to set vision, inspire confidence, and illuminate the path forward for their teams and industries.

Often, that means reflecting, recalibrating, and leading with intention to keep their people and companies grounded and move the industry forward.

It’s why AEM chose Moment to Rise: Limitless Possibilities as the theme for the 2026 AEM Annual Conference. Set for Nov. 10-12, 2026, at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa in Tucson, Arizona, this year’s conference centers on the symbol of a rising star and underscores the non-road equipment industry’s role as a steady guide amid uncertainty.

“Just as Tucson’s brilliant, star-filled nights provide clarity and orientation, AEM and our member leaders are being called upon to bring focus and direction to our industry during times of constant change,” said AEM Senior Director of Education Programs Helen Horner.
