The premier event for non-road equipment manufacturing executives and the next generation of industry leaders is set for Nov. 10-12, 2026, in Tucson, Arizona. Once again, the AEM Annual Conference will bring together hundreds of AEM member attendees for three days of insights, connections, and forward-looking discussions on the most pressing challenges and opportunities.

“Our theme for 2026 – Moment to Rise: Limitless Possibilities – reflects the environments today’s industry leaders are operating in: one defined by disruption, rapid change, and the need for clarity and direction,” said AEM Senior Director of Education Programs Helen Horner. “Just as Tucson’s brilliant, star-filled nights provide clarity and orientation, AEM and our member leaders are being called upon to bring focus and direction to our industry during times of constant change.”

Attendees of the 2026 AEM Annual Conference will gain actionable perspective on market direction, end-user demand, and the decisions shaping the future of their industry. Some of the engaging sessions and dynamic sessions scheduled for this year’s event will dive into topics such as:

  • Artificial Intelligence & the Industry
  • Economic Outlook and Market Signals
  • Intentional Leadership
  • The Future of the Industry
  • Leading with Purpose
  • The Workforce of Tomorrow
  • Political Insights

Beyond the sessions, AEM’s Annual Conference is equally known for the strength of its networking. The event creates an environment where meaningful relationships are built, often leading to new partnerships, fresh ideas, and stronger alignment across the industry.

As one of AEM’s most important executive gatherings, the conference provides a unique opportunity to connect with peers who understand the challenges and opportunities shaping non-road equipment manufacturing today.

With strong demand expected, now is the time to secure a place at the industry’s premier executive event.
